| No freight is allowed to any customers paying any invoice later THAN 60 days from the date of the invoice. We can ship prepaid to customers who have paid last invoice within 60 days. U.P.S. charges on shipments less than $850 will be added to the invoice plus a charge of $1.50 per carton. $2.50 minimum per shipment. For U.P.S. First or Second Day air delivery, a $10.00 surcharge will be added for priority service. |
| On orders having a net invoice value less than $50, excluding U.P.S. or shipping charges, a $10 service charge will be added. On orders totaling more than $50 net invoice value, but less than $100 total, a $5 service charge will be added. |

| Special helpful hints concerning our freight allowances: |
- We will gladly submit the lowest available freight rates on any item to any destination via any form of transportation.
- We will gladly submit the approximate delivery time via any form of transportation to designated points.
- We will try to forward freight via your specified routing provided they protect the lowest possible freight tariffs. Otherwise, we reserve the right to choose the freight carrier.
- We usually ship freight charges collect and allow full freight deductions from payment on invoices. If you order qualifies for full freight allowance and you prefer we ship pre paid, please specify this on your order. Otherwise, we will ship collect with full freight to be deducted from your payment of invoice. We can ship prepaid only to customers who have paid last invoice within 60 days, and whose account is current.
- You must submit copies of paid freight bill where freight is allowed. Please send with your remittance of this transaction copy of the paid freight bill.
- We will stand responsible for any damages due to improper casing or any other shippers usual liability.
- We insist that you notify us, asking for shipping and routing instructions on any returns where we are to assume freight charges.
- We always forward you proof of shipping by submitting copies of bills of lading except on parcel post or UPS shipments.
- IMPORTANT Our usual shipping policy for solid case quantities of merchandise shipped within 24 hrs. after TACO receives your order. Orders for less than case quantities (pack-up orders) shipped within 48 hrs. after TACO receives your order.
- Penalty for returned merchandise: On any return shipments (our prior authorization required) freight from our Phila. warehouse to destination and return to our warehouse is at customers expense. In addition, there will be a handling and repacking charge.
- Any shipments made by air are at the customer's risk and air freight charges are non-refundable.
